Training Officer:
Page County is accepting applications for the full-time position of EMS Training Officer. This individual will be responsible for setting up and maintaining both Fire and EMS training throughout Page County. This individual will also be responsible for the training program located at the Page County Technical Center, which includes a current EMT Program and a Future Firefighter I Program. This person shall meet with all local volunteer agencies to develop a training program and MUST have a valid driver's license, good driving record, current VA EMT-Intermediate or VA EMT-Paramedic, CPR, and EVOC as recognized by VA Office of EMS, VA Fire Instructor I, and the new OEMS EMS Education Coordinator. Each candidate will be given an EMS Test based on national standards. Salary is based on experience and certification.

Economic Development/Tourism Coordinator:
Page County is accepting applications for the full-time position of Economic Development/Tourism Coordinator. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to plan, organize and implement marketing strategies to promote Page County as both, an ideal business and industry location as well as travel destination. This individual will be responsible for promoting attributes of the area and preparing reports and presentations concerning economic development and tourism activities.
The minimal qualifications for this position include thorough knowledge and experience in marketing, public relations and/or economic development. Planning and Community Development Director:
Page County is accepting applications for the full-time position of Planning and Community Development Director. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to supervise and direct the activities of the County's Planning, Building and Zoning Departments and ensure compliance with applicable state laws and County ordinances regrading all three areas.
The minimum qualifications for this position are any combination of education and experience equivalent the a bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, public administration or related field and considerable experience in professional planning including supervisory experience; Master's degree is preferred.
