Invitation to Bid - Information Technology Related Cabling Materials:
The County is soliciting sealed bids for materials related to communications and security systems for the Page County Government Center, 103 South Court Street, Luray, Virginia 22835.  Bids will be received by Page County at the County Administration Building, 551 Mechanic Street, Luray, Virginia 22835 until 2:00 p.m., local prevailing time, Tuesday, June 18, 2013.  No electronic or faxed bids will be accepted.

The Owners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept any bids which he may deem to be his best interest, and to waive any informalities in Bidding.

A list of approved manufactures is included in the material list.  Any additional proposed manufacturers must be approved prior to the bid deadline.  The use of multiple manufacturers is allowed to the extent it does not void or reduce any or all warranties on the products by the manufacturer.  All materials bid must be available and delivered within 30 days upon receipt of purchase order.  All pricing must be valid for 90 days.
