The Page County Code states that no persons, firm, corporation or partnership shall stage, promote or conduct any musical or entertainment festival or event or operate a temporary short-term outdoor lodging area in the unincorporated areas of Page County unless there shall have been first obtained from the Board an Outdoor Entertainment Event & Festival Permit.
Application must be made and applicable fees paid at least 45 days before the date of such proposed event.
Application must be made by the person staging, promoting or conducting the event or festival and the owner of the real estate upon which the festival is to be conducted.
Shall be approved by Page County Economic Development.
Shall be approved by the Page County Health Officer.
Shall be approved by the Page County Emergency Manager
Shall be approved by the Page County Sheriff.
Shall be approved by the Page County Emergency Manager.
(1) The proposed number, locations, and dimensions of all campsites. (show a layout)
(2) The proposed number and types of camping units.
(3) The proposed sources and location of the water supply including showers, if available.
(4) The proposed method and location of sewage disposal system including items such as toilets, dump stations, etc.
(5) The proposed location of parking, entrances, and exits.
* Shall be approved by the Page County Health Officer and Page County Zoning Administrator.
Note: Land owner granting permission for temporary short-term outdoor lodging must also apply for a Outdoor Entertainment Event & Festival Permit.
I certify that the information contained in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge and further certify that I will be the individual responsible for conducting this festival in accordance with a permit issued by the County of Page and that the festival will be conducted in accordance with these regulations. I hereby grant permission for the Page County Board of Supervisors, its lawful agents and law enforcement officers the unrestricted right to go upon the property of the Event at any time for the purpose of determining compliance with the provisions of this permit.
