Overview
The Northwestern Community Services is a behavioral health agency that was established to review and evaluate public and private community mental health, developmental, and substance abuse services and facilities. The Board is advisory in nature and has the powers and duties set forth in Chapter 5, Title 37.2 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. The agency serves the Counties of Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah, and Warren and the City of Winchester. Page County has two (2) members on the Board that serve three year terms who may serve three successive terms.
Meetings
Meetings of the Board are held each month on the third Wednesday, at 6:30 p.m., at the Northwestern Community Services Office in Winchester, VA.
